SUBJECT.—Import of tractors by agriculturists as gift.
No. 119-ITC(PN)/72.—Attention is invited to the Ministry of Foreign Trade Public Notice No. 24-ITC(PN)/72 dated the 11th February, 1972 according to which the last date for submission of applications for issue of Customs Clearance Permits for import of tractors as gift to agriculturists was 30th April, 1972.
2. The position has been reviewed and it has been decided to extend the last date for submission of applications for Customs Clearance Permits from the 30th April. 1972 to the 31st March, 1973. Applications received after the 31st March, 1973 will not be entertained
