G.S.R. 377 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 ( 61 of 1951 ) , read with sub - rule 2 of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service ( Cadre ) Rules , 1954 , the Central Government in consultation with the Government of Madhya Pradesh . hereby makes the following regulations , namely :-
2. ( 1) These Regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Eighth Amendment Regulations , 1972 .
(2 ) These amendments shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

सा० फा ० मि ० 377 ( अ ) -भारतीय प्रशासन मेवा ( संवर्ग ) नियम , 1954 के नियम 4 के उपनियम 2 के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार मध्य प्रदेश सरकार के साथ परामर्श करके एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है , श्रर्थात्:--
2. ( 1 ) ये विनियम भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( मंत्रर्ग संख्या का निर्धारण ) आठवां संशोधन विनियम, 1972 कहे जा सकेंगे ।
( 2 ) ये संशोधन सरकारी राजपत्त्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंग ।

G.S.R. 378 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 ( 61 of 1951 ) read with rule 11 of the Indian Administrative Service ( Pay ) Rules , 1954 , the Central Government in consultation with the Government of Madhya Pradesh , hereby makes the following amendments to the Schedule III appended to the said rules :
2. ( 1 ) These amendments may be called the fourteenth amendment of 1972 to the Indian Administrative Service ( Pay ) Rules , 1954 .
( 2 ) These amendments shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

सा० का ० नि ० 378 ( अ) भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम, 1954 के नियम 11 के साथ पठिंत अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार मध्य प्रदेश सरकार के परामर्श से उक्त नियमों के माथ संलग्न अनुसूची- iii में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है : --
2. ( 1 ) इन संशोधनों को भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम , 1954 में 1972 का चौदहवां संशोधन कहा जा सकेगा ।
( 2) ये मंशोधन भारत के राजपत्त्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से लागू होंगे ।
