G.S.R. 379 ( E ) , -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of sec- tion 7 of the Coking Coal Mines ( Nationalisation ) Act , 1972 ( No. 36 of 1972 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the right , title and interest of the owner of each of the coking coal inines specifled against serial Nos . 9 to 214 (both inclu- sive ) of the First Schedule and of cach of the coke oven plants specified in the Second Schedule to the said Act shall , with effect from the 1st day of May , 1972 , vest in the Bharat Coking Coal Limited , Dhanbad , a Government company in- corporated under the Companies Act , 1956 ( 1 of 1956 ) , and having its registered office at Sijua , District Dhanbad in the State of Bihar .

सा० का ० नि० 379 ( श्र). कोककारी कोयला खान ( राष्ट्रीयकरण) अधिनियम , 1972 ( 1972 का 36 ) की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा निदेश देती है कि उक्त अधिनियम की प्रथम अनुसूची की क्रमसंख्या 9 से 214 तक (दोनों को सम्मिलित करके ) के प्रति विनिर्दिष्ट कोककारी कोयला खानों में प्रत्येक खान के और द्वितीय अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट कोक भट्टी संयंत्रों में प्रत्येक संयंत्र के स्वामी का अधिकार, हक और हित , 1 मई, 1972 मे, भारत कोकिंग कोल लिमिटेड , धनबाद में जो कि , कम्पनी अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 1 ) के अधीन निगमित सरकारी कम्पनी है और जिसका रजिस्ट्रीकृत कार्यालय बिहार राज्य में सिजुआ, जिला धनबाद में स्थित है , निहित हो जाएगा ।
