New Delhi, the 11th August 1972

S.O. 556(E)/IDRA/72.~In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15A

of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the-

Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the

Government of India in the Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O

809(E)/15A/IDRA/72, dated the 28th July, 1972, namely:—

In the said Order, under the heading "Members", for aerial No. 2 and the entry-

relating thereto, the following serial number shall be substituted, namely:—

"2. Shri S. R. Chakravorty, Deputy Chief Inspector of Factories, West

Bengal."
