(iii) the drawback at the above rates on fibre contents shall not be allowed in respect of those fibres for which the declaration as aforesaid has not been made and proof as aforesaid has not been produced.

(ti>) unless it is proved to the satisfaction of the Collector that polyester fibre of two danier or less has b:en used in the minufacturc of the export goods, drawback in respect of polyester fibre content shall b; admissible at the lower rate specified against it (6) above.

(it) Wool content In goods made out of Rs. 7 39 (Rupees seven and paise thiry-

nine only), per Kg.

Provided that the drawback at the above rate in respect of wool content shall be admissible only if the manufacturer /exporter at the time of shipment declares, and if necessary, produces proof to the satisfaction of the Collector that the wool content in the export goods is imported duty paid wool and that the yarn is worsted.

(iii) Wool content in goods made out of Rs. 3 99 (Rupees three and paise ninety- all wool worsted yarn (excluding nine only; per Kg. hand-knitting yarn) of 21 BWS or less counts.

Provided that the drawback at the above rate in respect of wool content shall be admijjible if the manufacturer/exporter at die time of shipment declares, and if necessary, produces proof to the satisfaction of the Collector that the yarn is worsted yarn.
