THE SUPREME COURT ( ENLARGEMENT OF CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION ) AMENDMENT ACT , 1972 No. 37 OF 1972

An Act to amend the Supreme Court ( Enlargement of Criminal Appellate Jurisdiction) Act , 1970
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Twenty - third Year of the Republic of India as follows: --
1. This Act may be called the Supreme Court ( Enlargement of Short utle Criminal Appellate Jurisdiction) Amendment Act , 1972.
28 of 1970.
2. In section 1 of the Supreme Court ( Enlargement of Criminal Amend- Appellate Jurisdiction) Act , 1970; in sub - section (2 ) , the words " except ment of the State of Jammu and Kashmir " shall be omitted . section 1 .
