NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 22nd August 1972

G.S.R. 385(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of clause (q) of section 3 of the Coking Coal Mines (Nationalisation) Act, 1972 (No. 36 of 1972), the Central Government hereby specifies the date mentioned in column 2 of the Table below as the specified date for the purpose of the provisions of the Act mentioned in the corresponding entry in column 1 of the said Table.
