CENTRAL EXCISES

New Delhi, the 22nd August 1972

G.S.R. 388(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 12 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 13/71-Central Excises, dated the 25th February, 1971, namely:—

In the said notification, in condition (i) the words ", Surcharge and any other charge of like nature" shall be omitted.
