S.O. 565(E)/72.—In partial modification of the Ministry of Industrial Develop- ment Order No. 502-E/15/IDRA/72, dated 22nd July, 1972 published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated 22nd July, 1972, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri B. D. Mukherjee, Deputy Director. Office of the Textile Commissioner, Bombay, as Member Secretary of the body of persons appointed to make investigation into the affairs of Jyoti Weaving Factory (P) Ltd., Calcutta in the place of Shri R. K. Rakshit.
