No. DRAWBACK/ PN - 71 / 72.-Under rule 3 of the Customs and Central Excisc Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 ( Notification No. 52 / F . No. 602 / 2 / 70 - DEK , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Goverr mert hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAW- BACK /PN - 1 dated the 15th October , 1971 :-
After Sub - Serial No. 2728 and the entries relating thereto , the following Sub - Scriel. No , and the entries shall be inserted , namely :-

(i) Gas Mantle Hoses with remis or button thread provided weight of ramie or button thread does not exceed 2 % by weight of gas mantle hoses .
( it ) Asbestos yarn for the gas Montle hoses Re . 0-45 ( forty - five paise only ), per kg .
All brand rates fixed for individual manufacturer / exporter in respect of the above goods will stand withdrawn with the comirg into effect of this Public Notice .
सं ० प्रतिश्रदायगी/ पी ० एम ० 71/72 सीमा- शुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन - शुल्क प्रतिअदायगी नियमावली, 1971 ( भारत के राजपत्त्र, असाधारण दिनांक 25 अगस्त , 1971 में प्रकाशित अधि- सूचना सं ० 52 / फा ० सं० 602/ 2/ 70-प्र० प्र ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन , केन्द्रीय सरकार , सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिश्रदायगी/ पी ० एन ० 1 , दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
उप - क्रम सं ० 2728 तथा उससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित उप- क्रम संख्या तथा प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जायेंगी, अर्थात् :-

(i ) रेमी ( Ramie ) अथवा बटन-धागे ( बटन भ्रड ) वाले गैस मैण्टल होज, बशनें कि रेमी अथवा बटन धागे का भार गैस मैण्टल होज के भार के 2 प्रतिशत में अधिक नही हो ।
( ii ) गैस मैण्टल होज के लिए एम्बेस्टस 0.45 रुपये ( केवल पैंतालीस पैसे ) प्रति किलोग्राम

उपरोक्त माल के सम्बन्ध में अलग -अलग निर्माता /निर्यातकर्ता के लिये निश्चित सभी बाण्ड बरें इस सार्वजनिक सूचना के लागू होने पर वापस ले ली गई समझी जायेंगी ।

2805 ऊनी दरियां जिसमें कैलिम्स भी शामिल हैं, जिनका ताना सूती धागे अथवा लिनन धागे का तथा बाना ऊनी धागे का हो ।
