G.S.R. 396(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of clause (q) of section 3 of the Coking Coal Mines (Nationalisation) Act, 1972 (36 of 1972), the Central Govern- ment hereby specifies the 15th day of December, 1972, as the specified date for the purpose of sub-section (1) of section 21 of the said Act.
