New Delhi, the 30th August 1972
S.O. 567 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Commis- sions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Co-opera- tion (Department of Food), No. S.O, 3180. dated the 28th September, 1970 namely—
In paragraph 5 of the said notification, for the words, figures and letters "by the 31st Aufiust, 1972", the words, figures and letters' by the 28th February. 1973" shall be substituted.
