New Delhi, the 1st September 1972

S.O. 571(JE)/72.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Industrial Development (Department of Indus- trial Development) No. S.O. 421(E)/18AA/IDRA/72, dated the 12th June, 1972, namely:—

In the opening paragraph of the said Order, for item (1), the following item shall be Substituted, namely:—
