NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 2nd September 1972
S.O. 574(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1035 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby directs that the powers conferred on it by section 3 of the said Act to make orders under clauses (d) and (f) of sub-section (2) of that section shall, in relation to the cattle fodder of any of the varieties specified in the Schedule hereto annexed, be exer- cisable also by the Government of the State of Bihar in that State.
This order shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette of India and shall remain in force upto and inclusive of the 30th November. 1972.
THE SCHEDULE
Varieties of Cattle Fodder
(I) Hay. (ii) Bhusa. (iii) Jowar. (iv) Karab or Karbi or Kadbi (v) Grass, (vi) Paddy Straw. (vii) Concentrates, viz., Bye-products of all Pulses, Crushed Dal, Maize.
