S. O. 585 (E ) .- Where as I , F.G.T. Menezes , have been authorised by the Vegetable Oil Products Controller for India under Sub - clause ( a) of clause 2 of the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order 1947 , to exercise the powers of the Controller under the said order :
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - clause ( 1 ) of clause 6 of the Vege- table Oil Product Coatrol Order , 1947 , read with the notification of the Government of India in he late Mustry of Food and Agcic.altice No. G.S.R. 882 dated the 24th September , 1958 , and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture , Depart- ment , N. S.O. 52 ) (4 ) dited the 7th August, 1972 , I hereby fix , with the prior concurrenc

स्पष्टीकरण :-
( i ) फुटकर विक्रेता से ऐसा व्यवहारी अभिप्रेत है जो किसी एक उपभोक्ता को एक समय में 16.5 किलोग्राम से अधिक वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद विक्रय करता है ।
( ii ) "थोक विक्रेता" से ऐसा व्यवहारी अभिप्रेत है जो,
(क ) किसी फुटकर विक्रेता को किसी मात्रा में , या
(ख ) किसी उपभोक्ता को एक समय में 16.5 किलोग्राम से अधिक बनस्पति तेल उत्पाद विक्रय करता है ।
