ORDER
New Delhi, the 11th September 1972
G.S.R. 407(E)/Ess. Com./Sugar.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (3C) of section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Sugar (Price Determination) Order 1972, namely: —
1. (1) This Order may be called the Sugar (Price Determination) Second Amend- ment Order, 1972.
(2) It shall come into force at once,
2. In Schedule II to the Sugar (Price Determination) Order 1972, under the heading "Maharashtra", after Serial Number 42 and the entry relating thereto, the following Serial Number and the entry shall be inserted, namely; —
"4a. Satara Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Ltd.. Bhuini. District Satara,"
