8.0.588 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 5) of section 5 of the Emergency Risks ( Goori ..) Insurance Act . 1971 ( 50 of 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following scheine further to amend the Emergency Rises (Goods ) Insurance Scheme published with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue & Insurance) No. S.O. 5483. dated the 10th December , 1971. namely : -
( 1 ) This Scheme may be called the Emergency Risks (Goods ) Insurance (Third Amendment ) Scherne , 1972 .
( 2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of October . 1972 .
2. In the Emergency Risks ( Goods ) Insurance Scheme for sub - paragraph ( 1 ) of paragraph 10 , the following sub- paragraph shall be substituted namely : - " ( 1 ) The premium payable under any policy of insurance in respect of the quarter ending on the 31st day of December , 1972. shall.-
(a) in respect of a policy of insurance in force on the 30th September , 1972 , be nil;

(b) in ' he case of all new policies including supplementary policies to the existing ones , be at the rate of sir paise for every hundred rupees or any part thereof of the sum insured. "

का० श्र० 588 ( श्र) . आपात जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा अधिनियम , 1971 ( 1971- का 50 ) की धारा 5 की उपधारा ( 5 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारत सरकार , के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजम्ब और बोमा विभाग ) की तारीख 10 दिसम्बर , 1971 की अधि- सूचना सं ० का ० आ ० 5483 के साथ प्रकाशित श्रापात जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा स्कीम में और संशोधित करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित स्कीम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
( 1) इम स्कीम का नाम ग्रापान जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा ( तृतीय संशोधन ) स्कीम , 1972 होगा ।
( 2 ) यह अक्टूबर 1972 के प्रथम दिन को प्रवृत्त होगी ।
2. ग्रासान जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा स्कीम में , परा 10 के उप पैरा ( 1 ) के स्थान पर , निम्न- लेखित उपपैरा प्रतिस्थापित किया जायगा , अर्थात् :-
( 1) बीमा की किमी पालिसी के अधीन , दिसम्बर , 1972 के इकतीसवें दिन को समाप्त होने वाली तिमाही की बाबत संदेय प्रीमियम ,
( क ) 30 सितम्बर , 1972 को प्रवृत्त बीमा की पालिसी की बाबत , शून्य होगा
(ख) सभी नई पालिसियों की दशा में , जिनके अन्तर्गत विद्यमान पालिसियों की अनु- पूरक पालिसियां भी आती हैं, बीमाकृत राशि के प्रत्येक सौ उपये या उसके किमी भाग के लिए छह पैसे की दर पर होगा ।

( 1) This Scheme may be called the Emergency Risks ( Undertakings ) Insurance (Third Amendment ) Scheme , 1972 .
(2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of October , 1972 .

2. In the Emergency Risks ( Undertakings ) Insurance Scheme , for sub - paragraph ( 1) of paragraph 8, the following sub - paragraph shall be substituted , namely : - " (1 ) The premium payable under any policy of insurance in respect of the quarter ending on the 31st day of December , 1972 , shall,- ( a) in respect of a policy of insurance in force on the 30th September , 1972 , be nil;
(b) In the case of all new policies , including supplementary policies to the existing ones , be at the rate of ten paise for every hundred rupees or any part thereof of the sum insured . " .

का ० ग्रा० 589 ( अ) प्रापाल जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा अधिनियम , 1971 ( 1971 का 51 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 6 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( गजस्व और बीमा विभाग ) की तारीख 10 दिसम्बर , 1971 की यधिसूचना मं ० का ० आ ० 5486 के साथ प्रकाशित श्रापात जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा स्कीम में और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित स्कीम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
( 1 ) इस स्कीम का नाम आपात जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा ( तृतीय संशोधन ) स्कीम , 1972 होगा ।
( 2 ) यह अक्तूबर 1972 के प्रथम दिन को प्रवृत्त होगी ।
2. श्रापान जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा स्कीम में, पैरा 8 के उपपैरा ( 1 ) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित उपपैरा प्रतिस्थापित किया जायगा, अर्थात् :--
" ( १ ) बीमा की किसी पालिसी के अधीन , दिसम्बर, 1972 के दकतीयों दिन को समाप्त होने वाली तिमाही की बाचत संवेय प्रीमियम -
( क ) 30 सितम्बर , 1972 को प्रवृत्त बीमा की पालिमी की बाबत, शून्य होगा;
( ख ) सभी नई पालिसियों की दशा में , जिनके अन्तर्गत विद्यमान पालिसियों की अनुपुरक ग्रालिमियां भी आती हैं , बीमाकृत राशि के प्रत्येक सौ रुपये या उसके किसी भाग के लिए दम पैसे की दर पर होगा । "
