EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi, the 12th September 1972
SUBJECT.—Export of hand woven woollen carpets, woollen chain stitched rugs and hand woven woollen carpets of Persian and Mobarik, designs upto 32,000 knots sq. metre.
No. 19-ETC(PN)/72.—In partial modification of paragraph 3of the Ministry of Foreign Trade Public Notice No. 7-ETC(PN)/72, dated 18th April, 1972, It is notified that exports of hand woven woollen carpets of Persian and Mobarik designs upto 32,000 knots per sq. metre will continue to be licensed freely on shipping bills, as already indicated.
2. Exports would also be allowed on out-right sale basis. However the minimum export floor price has been raised from Rs. 60 per sq. metre to Rs. 70 per sq. metre with immediate effect.

There-upon the last date by which the exporter must ship his goods is 30th November, 197i! and no exports on price below Rs. 70 per stl. metre will be allowed after 30th November, 1972.
