SUBJECT—Export on confirmed/out-right sale basis of Cut/Polished Precious/Semi
Precious Stones. (Amendment No. 21).
No. 132-ITC(PN)/72.—Reference Paragraph 53 of Part E Section I—Volume II of the Red Book for 1972-73.
2. It has been decided that in respect of experts made on or after 1st July, 1972 exporters of Cut/Polished Precious/Semi Precious Stones would get their export incentives for exports on confirmed/out-right sal? basis on the basis of furnishing proof of physical exports and negotiation of export documents instead of proof of realisation of foreign exchange. These exports are to be treated on the same footing as exports of Cut/Polished Diamonds in terms of above paragraph.
3. It has also been decided that the Serial Number against Cut and Polished Turquise Stones (page xxxix of Index,) be amended to read as S.3.2.
