S.O. 590 (E).—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce No, S.O. 1190 dated the 13th April, 1966, read with the Orders of the Government of India In the late Ministry of Commerce Nos. S.O. 1468, dated the 13th May, 1966, S.O. 1346. dated 1he 12th April. 1967, S.O. 1377, dated the 12th July, 1967, S.O. 2564 dated the 31st July. 1967, S.O. 3088 dated the 1st September, 1967. S.O. 3308, dated the 15th September 1967, S.O. 3695, dated the 16th October, 1967, S.O. 1343, dated the 15th April, 1968, S.O. 2081 dated the 7th June, 1968 SO. 2757. dated the 2nd August, 1968, S.O. 3716, dated the 15th October, 1968. and in the late Ministry of Foreign Trade and Supply (Department of Foreign Trade) Order Nos. S.O. 1432, dated the 15th April, 1969 and S.O. 4161, dated the 10th October, 1969, and in the Ministry of Foreign Trade Order Nos. S.O. 229, dated the 151h January, 1970. S.O. 388. dated the 31st January, 1970, S.O. 715, dated the 21st February 1970, S.O. 1880. dated the 22nd May. 1970 S.O. 2376, dated the 14th July, 1970, S.O. 3110, dated the l6th September, 1970 and S.O. 3406. dated the 13th September, 1971, the management of the industrial undertaking known as the Swadeshi Cotton and Flour Mills Limited, Indore had been taken over by the Authorised Controller referred to in the Order first mentioned above for a period up to and inclusive of the 15th September, 1972:

And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the management of the said industrial undertaking by the said Authorised Controller should continue for a period up to the 15th September, 1974;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section(2) of section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act. 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the Order first mentioned above shall continue to have effect for a further period up to and inclusive of the 15th September, 1974.
