ORDER

New Delhi, the 13th September 1972

S.O 596(E)/18A/IDRA/72.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(b)

of sub-section (1) of section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation)

Act 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following fur-

ther amendment in the notified order of the Government of India in the late

Ministry of Industrial Development and Company Affairs (Department of Indus-

trial Development), No. S.O. 4460/18A/IDRA/67, dated the 14th December, 1987,

namely:—

In the said Order, in clause 5, for the words "four years and nine months",
