S.O. 597 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Copy- right Act, 1957 (14 of 1957), the Central Government hereby reconstitutes the Copyright Board consisting of:—

Chairman

1. Justice Hardayal Hardy, Retired Chief Justice of Delhi High Court.

Members

2. Shri C. B. Rao, Retired I.C.S., Vice-Chancellor, Agra University, Agra.

3. Shri Desh Deepak, Member-Official Language (Legislative) Commission.

4. Shri S. V. H. Pagare, Secretary Law, Government of Maharashtra.
