New Delhi, the 16th September 1972S.O. 602(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Indus- tries (Development & Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Govern- ment hereby rescinds the Order of the Government of India in the ]ate Ministry of Industrial Development and Internal Trade S.O, No. 5373A/15/IDRA/71, dated the 8th December, 1971, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
