EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

New Delhi, the 18th September 1972

S.O. 606 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of Imports & Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1968, namely:—

1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Fifteenth Amendment Order, 1972.

2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1968, in Schedule I Part A after item No. 37 the following item shall be added:—

"38—Soyabean",[No. E(C)O, 1968/AM(85).] M. M. SEN, Chief Controller of Imports & Exports. (1671)
