ORDER
New Delhi , the 18th September 1972
S.O. 608 ( E ) /18A/IDRA/72.-Whereas the Central Government is of opinion that the Indian Rubber Manufacturers Limited , Calcutta , an industrial under- taking in respect of which an investigation has been made under section 15 of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , ( hereinafter referred to as the said Act ) , is being managed in a manner highly detrimental to public interest ;
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( b ) of sub- section ( 1 ) of section 18A of the said Act , the Central Government hereby autho- rises the body of persons ( in this Order referred to as the Board of Manage- ent) comprising of,-
Chairman
1. Shri A. Bose , Special Officer and Ex - Officio Secretary , Department of Closed and Sick Industries , Government of West Bengal , Calcutta .
Members
2. Shri R. P. Chatterjee , Nominee of the Industrial Reconstruction Corpo- ration of India Limited , Calcutta .
3. Shri B. B. Dutta , Industrial Reconstruction Corporation of India Limited , Calcutta .

to take over the management of the whole of the said undertaking , namely, Indian Rubber Manufacturers Limited , Calcutta , subject to the following terms and conditions namely :-
( 1 ) the Board of Management shall comply with all directions issued from time to time by the Central Government ;
( ii ) the Board of Management shall hold office for five years from the date of publication of this Order in the Official Gazette ; and ( iii ) the Central Government may terminate the appointment of any of the persons comprising the Board of Management earller if it considers necessary to do so .
2. This Order shall have effect for a period of five years commencing from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .

नई दिल्ली, 18 सितम्बर , 1972
का ०श्रा ० 608 ( श्र ) / 18 ए/ आई ० डी ० आर ० ए ० / 72.--यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि इंडियन रबर मैनुफैक्चरर्स लिमिटेड , कलकत्ता, श्रौद्योगिक उपक्रम , जिसका प्रबन्ध इस रीति से किया जा रहा है जो लोक हित में अति अहितकर है , की बाबत उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) ( जिसे इस में इस के पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है ) की धारा 15 के अधीन अन्वेषण किया जा चुका है )
श्रतः , अब उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 18 क की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों के निकाय ( जिसे इस आदेश में प्रबन्ध -बोर्ड कहा गया है :--
अध्यक्ष
1. श्री ए ० बोस
विशेष अधिकारी और पदेन सचिव बन्द तथा अव्यवस्थित उद्योग , पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार , कलकत्ता ।
सदस्य
2. श्री श्रार पी ० चटर्जी ,
भारत का औद्योगिक पुनर्गठन निगम लिमिटेड के नाम निर्देशिती , कलकत्ता ।
सदस्य
3. श्री बी० बी ० दत्ता , भारत का श्रौद्योगिक पुनर्गठन निगम लिमिटेड, कलकत्ता ।
को उक्त उपक्रम , अर्थात् रबर मैनुफैक्चरर्स के पूर्ण प्रबन्ध को अपने हाथ में ले लेने के लिए निम्नलिखित निबंधनों और शर्तों के अभ्यधीन प्राधिकृत करती है, अर्थात्:--
( i ) प्रबन्धबोर्ड केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा समय समय पर दिए गए अनुदेशों का पालन करेगा;

( ii ) प्रबंध बोर्ड राजपत्त में इस आदेश के प्रकाशन की तारीख से 5 वर्ष के लिए पदासीन रहेगा;
( iii ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , प्रबंध बोर्ड में के किसी भी व्यक्ति की नियुक्ति को, यदि वह ऐसा करना श्रावश्यक समझे तो पहले समाप्त कर सकती है ।
2. यह आदेश इस के राजपत्न में प्रकाशन की तारीख से 5 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए प्रभावी होगा ।
