EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

SUBJECT.—Scheme for the licensing of cotton yarn and mill-made cotton textiles including garments and made-ups for export to the U.K. for the period from 1-1-1972 to 31-12-1972.
No. PN(U.K. LICENSING)/3 of 72.—Reference Public Notice No. PN(U.K. LICENSING)/I of 1971 dated the 1st January, 1972 and subsequent Public Notice No. PN(U.K. LICENSING)/2 of 1972 dated the 24th March, 1972.
2. In modification of Para 7 of Public Notice No. PN(U.K. LICENSING)/1 of 1071, dated the 1st January 1972, it has been decided that a copy of the Export Certificate, without attestation either by the licensing or Customs authority, will be forwarded by the Textile Export Promotion Council to the Board of Trade in the U.K.,. who will issue a license on the basis of this certificate. A final copy, duly attested by the Customs and licensing authorities, will be forwarded later.
