S.O. 615 ( E ) .- Whereas a vacancy has occurred in the House of the People by reason of the resignation of Shri S. M. Krishna , a member elected to that House from 13 - Mandya Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Mysore .
Now, therefore , in pursuance of the provisions of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 149 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 ( 43 of 1951 ) , the Election Com- mission hereby calls upon the said constituency to elect before the 26th October , 1972, ( Thursday ) in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the from 13 - Mandya Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Mysore .

अतः , श्रब , लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 149 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में निर्वाचन आयोग उक्त निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से एतद्वारा अपेक्षा करता है कि वे ऐसे हुई रिक्ति को भरने के लिये 26 अक्तूबर , 1972 ( बृहस्पतिवार ) से पूर्व , उक्त अधिनियम के और तज्जबीन बनाए गए नियमो और आदेशों के उपबन्धों के अनुसार एक व्यक्ति निर्वाचित कर दें ।

S.O. 616 ( E ) .In pursuance of section 30 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 ( 43 of 1951 ) , the Election Commission hereby appoints , with respect to the bye - election to be held in 13 - Mandya Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Mysore in pursuance of its notification No. 100 / MY - HP / 1 / 72 ( 1 ) , dated the 20th September , 1972: ---
( a ) the 27th September , 1972 ( Wednesday ) , as the last date for making nominations;
(b ) the 28th September , 1972 ( Thursday ) , as the date for the scrutiny of nominations;
( c) the 30th September , 1972 ( Saturday ) , as the last date for the with- drawal of candidatures ;
( d) the 22nd October , 1972 ( Sunday ) , as the date on which a poll shall , if necessary , be taken ; and
( e ) the 26th October , 1972 ( Thursday ) , as the date before which the elec- tion shall be completed .

एम ० श्रो ० 616 ( अ ) लोक प्रनिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 30 के अनुसरण में निर्वाचन आयोग अपनी अधिसूचना सं ० 100 / मैसूर/ लो ० म ०/ 1/ 72 ( 1 ) तारीख 20 सितम्बर , 1972 के अनुसरण में मैसूर राज्य में के 13 माण्डया संसदीय निर्वाचन -क्षेत्र से होने वाले उप-निर्वाचन के बारे में--
(क ) नाम निर्देशन करने के लिए अन्तिम तारीख 27 सितम्बर, 1972 ( बुधवार );
(ख ) नामनिर्देशनों की संबीक्षा की तारीख 28 सितम्बर , 1972 ( बृहस्पतिवार );
( ग ) श्रभ्यथिता वापस लेने की अन्तिम तारीख . 30 सितम्बर , 1972 ( शनिवार ) ;
( घ ) वह तारीख , जिसको यदि आवश्यक हो , तो मतदान होगा ;
22 अक्तूबर , 1972 ( रविवार );
तथा
( ङ ) वह तारीख जिसके पूर्व निर्वाचन समाप्त कर दिया जाएगा
26 अक्तूबर , 1972 ( वृहस्पतिवार ) ;
एतद्वारा नियत करता है ।

एस ० ओ ० 617 ( श्र ) लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43) की धारा 56 के अनुसरण में निर्वाचन आयोग अपनी अधिसूचना सं ० 100 / मैसूर / लो ० स ०/ 1 / 72 ( 1 ) , तारीख 20 सितम्बर , 1972 के अनुसरण में 13 -माण्डया संसदीय निर्वाचनक्षेत्र से लोक सभा के लिये होने वाले निर्वाचन के लिए 7-30 बजे पूर्वाह्न से 5-30 बजे अपराक्त तक का समय उस समय के रूप में एतद्वारा नियत करता है जिसके दौरान यदि आवश्यक हो, तो , मददान होगा ।
