NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 20th September 1972
S.O. 618 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of sub - section ( 2) of section 37 read with sub - section ( 1 ) of section 38 of the International Air- ports Authority Act , 1971 ( 43 of 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following regulations to amend the International Airports Authority of India (Transaction of Business ) Regulations , 1972 , namely :-
1. Short title and commencement.-- ( 1 ) These regulations may be called the International Airports Authority of India ( Transaction of Business) -Amendment Regulations , 1972 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In regulation 4 of the International Airports Authority of India ( Transac- tion of Business ) Regulations , 1972 ( hereinafter referred to as the said regula- tions ) , in sub - regulation ( 1 ) , after the words " every meeting of the Authority " the words " other than an adjourned meeting " shall be inserted .
3. In regulation 6 of the said regulations , for sub - regulation ( 3 ) , the following shall be substituted namely :-
" ( 3 ) The absentee member shall be intimated, by telegram , of the date and time of the adjourned meeting . "

4. In regulation 7 of the said regulations , after sub - regulation ( 1 ) , the follow- ing sub - regulation shall be inserted , namely:-
" ( 1A) Every resolution approved under sub - eegulation ( 1 ) shall be laid . as soon as may be , after it is approved , before the next ordinary meet- ing of the Authority, and if the Authority agrees in making any modification in the resolution or it agrees that the resolution should not be ratified , the resolution shall thereafter have effect only in such modified form or be of no effect, as the case may be ; so, how- ever , that any such modification or non - ratification shall be without prejudice to the validity of anything previously done under that resolution . "

का ० ग्रा ० 618 ( अ ) -अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकारी अधिनियम , 1971 ( 1971 का 43 ) की धारा 38 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के साथ पठित धारा 37 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के खण्ड (क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये , केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा भारत का अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकारी ( कार्य संचालन ) विनियम , 1972 में संशोधन करने के लिये निम्न- लिखित विनियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:--
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ ( 1 ) ये विनियम भारत का श्रन्तर्राष्ट्रीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकारी ( कार्य संचालन ) संशोधन विनियम , 1972 कहे जा सकेंगे ।
( 2) ये राजपत्त्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारत का अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकारी ( कार्य संचालन ) विनियम, 1972 (जिन्हें इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त विनियम कहा गया है ) के विनियम 4 में, उप- विनियम ( 1 ) में आये "प्राधिकारी के प्रत्येक अधिवेशन" इन शब्दों से पहले "स्थगित अधिवेशन को छोड़कर " ये शब्द अन्तःस्थापित किये जायेंगे ।
3. उक्त विनियमों के विनियम 6 में उन विनियम ( 3 ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा, अर्थात् : --
" ( 3 ) अनुपस्थित सदस्य को स्थगित श्रधिवेणन की तारीख व समय की सूचना तार द्वारा दी जायेगी "
4. उक्त विनियमों के विनियम 7 में, उप-विनियम ( 1 ) के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित उप- विनियम अन्तःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
" ( 1 क ) उप-विनियम ( 1 ) के अन्तर्गत अनुमोदित प्रत्येक संकल्प को, उसके अनुमोदित किये जाने के पश्चात् , यथाशीघ्र, प्राधिकारी के अगले साधारण अधिवेशन में रखा THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY

जायेगा, और यदि प्राधिकारी संकल्प में कोई उपान्तरण करने पर सहमत हो जाता है अथवा वह इस बात पर सहमत हो जाता है कि संकल्प का अनुममर्थन नहीं किया जाना चाहिये , तो वह मंकल्प उसके पश्चात् यथास्थिति , केवल ऐसे उपान्तरित रूप में ही लागू होगा अथवा लागू नहीं होगा; परन्तु इस प्रकार के कोई भी ऐसा उपान्तरण अथवा अननुसमर्थन उस संकल्प के अन्तर्गत पहले की गयी किसी भी बात की वैधता पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव नहीं डालेगा । "
