S.O. 619 ( E ) / IDRA/ 19 / 72 / 5 . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section19 of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby make the following amendment in the notified order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 173 ( E ) / IDRA / 19 / 72 /1 , dated the 2nd March , 1972 as sub- sequently amended by Order No. S.O. 383 ( E ) / IDRA /19 / 72 / 3 dated the 29th May , 1972 , namely : -
In the said order , after entry No. 3 , the following entry shall be added , namely:-
"4. Shri P. S. Krishnan , IAS , Deputy Secretary to the Government of Andhra Pradesh , Industries & Commerce Deptt . , Hyderabad . "

का० भा० 619 ( अ ) /आई० डी० आर० ए ० /19 / 72/ 5. उद्योग ( विकास तथा विनिय- मन ) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951का 65) की धारा 19 की उपधारा ( 1 के द्वारा पदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा भारत सरकार के औद्योगिक विकास मंत्रालय के अधिसूचित आदेश सं ० का ० श्रा ० 173 ( ३० ) । आई० डी० आर ० ए० /19/ 72/1 , दिनांक 2 मार्च , 1972 जिसे आवेश सं ० का ० आा० 383 ( ३० ) । आई ० डी ० आर० ए ० / 19/ 72/ 3, दिनांक 29 मई, 1972 जैसा कि उसे बाद में संशोधित किया गया , में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त आवेश में प्रविष्टि सं ० 3 के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि जोड़ी जाएगी , अर्थात्:-
"4. श्री पी० एस ० कृष्णन, आइ ० ए ० एस ० , उप - सचिव , आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार , उद्योग एवम् वाणिज्य विभाग , हैदराबाद । "

जिसे आदेश सं ० का ० प्रा० 382 (६० ) आई ० डी० आर० ए०/ 19/ 72/4, दिनांक 29 मई , 1972 जैसा कि उसे बाद में संशोधित किया गया, में निम्नलिखित मंशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: - उक्त आदेश में , प्रविष्टि सं ० ३ के पश्चिात्, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्:-
" 4. श्री पी ० एस ० कृष्णन्, आई ० ए ० एस ० , उपसचिव, अांध्र प्रदेश सरकार, उद्योग एवं वाणिज्य विभाग , हैदराबाद । "
