NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th September 1972
G.S.R. 416(E).—-In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Indian Copper Corporation (Acquisition of Undertaking) Act, 1972, the Central Government hereby directs that the undertaking of the Indian Copper Cor- poration together with all its properties, assets, liabilities and obligations specified in sub-section (1) of the section 5 of the said Act, shall, with effect from 21st September, 1972, vest in Hindustan Copper.
