ORDER
New Delhi , the 25th September 1972
S.O. 624 ( E ) / 18FB / IDRA / 72.--Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 445 ( E ) / 18AA / IDRA/ 72 , dated the 23rd June , 1972 , published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary , Part II-Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) , dated the 27th June , 1972 , the management of the whole of the industrial undertaking of the Andhra Scientific Company Ltd. , Machilipatnam ( hereinafter referred to as the said industrial undertaking ) , has been taken over under section 18AA of the Industries ( Development and Regula- tion ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , for a period of five years commencing from the 27th June , 1972 .
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that it is necessary so to do in the interests of the general public with a view to preventing fall in the

olume of production in the scheduled industry , namely , the scientific instruments Industry;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( b ) of sub- section ( 1 ) of section 18FB of the said Act , the Central Government hereby declares that the operation of all the contracts , assurances of property , agreements , settlements , awards , standing orders or other instruments in force ( to which the Andhra Scientific Company Ltd. , Machilipatnam , was a party or which may be applicable to it ) immediately before the date of issue of this Order shall remain suspended and that all the rights , privileges , obligations and liabilities accruing o- arising thereunder before the sald date , shall remain suspended .
2. This Order shall remain in force for a period of one year commencing from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .

का ० आ ० 624 ( श्र ) / 18चख / आई डी आर ए/ 72 यतः भारत के राजपत्न, असाधारण, भाग 2, खण्ड 3 , उपखण्ड ( i ) , तारीख 27 जून , 1972 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के औद्यो- गिक विकास मंत्रालय के आदेश सं ० का ० आ ० 445 ( ई ) / 18 कक / भाई डी श्रार ए/ 72 तारीख 23 जून, 1972 द्वारा श्रन्ध माइटिफिक कम्पनी लिमिटिड , मछलीपटनम् ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम कहा गया है ) के संपूर्ण औद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबन्ध उद्योग (विकास और त्रिनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 कक के अधीन 27 जून, 1972 से प्रारम्भ होकर 5 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए ग्रहण कर लिया गया है ;
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि अनुसूचित उद्योग , श्रर्थात् वैज्ञानिक उपकरण उद्योग , में उत्पादन की मात्रा में कमी को रोकने की दृष्टि से जन -साधारण के हितों में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है ;
अतः , अब , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 18 चख की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा घोषित करती है कि इस आदेश के जारी करने के ठीक पूर्वासने निविदाओं, संपत्ति के हस्तान्तरण- पत्रो, करारो, व्यवस्थापनों, पंचाटों, स्थायी आदेशोंया अन्न लिखतों का प्रवर्तन ( जिनकी श्रांचे मांइटिफिक कम्पनी लिमिटिड, मछलीपटनम्, एक SEC 3 ( 1 ) 1

पक्षकार थी या जो उसे लागू हो जाएं ) निलंबित रहेगा और उक्त तारीखों के पूर्व उनके अधीन उद्भूत या उत्पन्न होने वाले सभी अधिकार, विशेषाधिकार , बाध्यताएं और दायित्व निलंबित रहेंगे ।
यह श्रादेश राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रारम्भ होकर एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए प्रवृत्त रहेगा ।
