EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi, the 26th September 1972.
SUBJECT.—Export of Hand woven woollen carpets, woollen chain stitched rugs and hand woven woollen carpets of Persian and Mobarik designs upto 32,000 knots sq. metre.
No. 20-ETC(PN)/72.—In partial modification of Public Notice No. 19-ETC (PN)/72 dated 12th September 1972, it is notified that—
(i) that the words "but above Rs. 60 per sq. metre" occurring in second and third linos of paragraph 3 thereof may be substituted by "but Rs. 60 or above per sq. metre" and
(II) exports be allowed of consignments of Indo-Persian type below Rs. 60 contracted for by 31st March 1972 (when no price control existed), provided such contracts had been registered with the Export Inspec- tion Council and are now certified by HHEC, till ,10th September, 1972.

No. DRAWBACK/PN-77/72.—Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notification No, 52/F. No. 602/2/70-DBK published In the Gazette of India, Extra-ordinary dated the 25th August, 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Tab'e published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-l dated the 15th October, 1971:—
In Sub-serial No. 4604, under the column 'Rate of drawback' for the words and figure 'Sub-serial No. 1921 in respect of PVC Content' occurring in item (2) the following words and figure shall be substituted, namely:—
"Sub-serial No. 1918(a) in respect of PVC Composition Content."
