with SUBJECT .- Information regarding outstanding export - import contracts Yugoslavia Payment falling due after 31st December , 1972 .
No. 21 ( ETC ) /PN/72.-1972 being the terminal year for the rupee payment arrangement with Yugoslavia, it is , therefore , necessary for the Government of India to ascertain the extent of payments which are either to be made or to be received in rupees after 31st December , 1972 under contractual obligations in respect of import and export contracts already entered into by Indian businessmen with Yugoslav business enterprises in the past . All importers and exporters are , therefore , required to furnish in duplicate , the following information in separate sheets for finalised export and import contracts likely to remain unfuitilled on 31st December , 1972 to the Officer on Special Duty ( Yugoslavia ) , Ministry of Foreign Trade , Udyog Bhavan , New Delhi .
1. Name of the Indian exporters / importers .
2. Name of Yugoslav importers / exporters
3. Contract No. ( export / Import ) and date .
4. Commodity .
5. Total value of the contract .
6. Payments likely to be received upto 31st December , 1972 in respect of export contracts / made in respect of import contracts ; and
7. Total payment to be realised after 1st January , 1973 for export / import contracts ( with approximate period of payment ) ,
2. The above information should reach the Officer on Special Duty ( Yugoslavia ) Ministry of Foreign Trade , Government of India , New Delhi by 10th October , 1972 latest . If no relevant particulars in respect of payments arisingpayments arising from the con- tracts already concluded under Rupee Trade & Payments Agreements with Yugo- slavia and due after 31st December , 1972 are made available to this Ministry by any firm / organisation by 10th October , 1972 , it will be considered that there is no such case .

विषय -यूगोस्लाविया के साथ बकाया निर्यात- आयात संविदात्रों के सम्बन्ध में सूचना - 31-12-72 के बाद देय रहने वाला भुगतान ।
संख्या 21 ( ईटीसी )/पीएन/ 72. वर्ष 1972 यूगोस्लाविया के साथ रुपया भुगतान की व्यवस्था करने के लिए अन्तिम वर्ष है , अतः, भारतीय व्यापारियों द्वारा यूगोस्लाविया के व्यवसायी उद्यमों के साथ पहले ही भूतकाल में की गई आयात - निर्यात संविदाओं के सम्बन्ध में संविदा सम्बन्धी दायित्वों के अधीन जो भुगतान या तो 31-12-1972 के बाद चुकाने हैं या रुपये में प्राप्त करने हैं उनकी सीमा का सुनिश्चय करना भारत सरकार के लिए आवश्यक है । इसलिए जिन निर्णीत आयात- निर्यात संविदाओं की 31-12-1972 को अपूर्ण रहने की सम्भावना है , उन के लिए सभी आयातक और निर्यातक निम्नलिखित सूचना अलग शीट में, दो प्रतियों में विशेष कार्य अधिकारी ( यूगोस्लाविया ) , बिदेश ग्यापार मंत्रालय , उद्योग भवन , नई दिल्ली को प्रस्तुत करें:-
1. भारतीय निर्यातकों/आयतकों का नाम ।
2. यूगोस्लाविया के आयातकों/ निर्यातकों का नाम ।
3. संविदा संख्या ( निर्यात/ श्रयात ) और दिनांक ।

4. पथ्य वस्तु ।
5. संविदा का कुल मूल्य ।
6. वे भुगतान जिन की 31-12-1972 नक निर्यात संविदाओं के सम्बन्ध में प्राप्त करने की/ आयात संविदाओं के मम्बन्ध में चुकाने की संभावना है , और
7. निर्यात/श्रायात संविदाश्रों के लिए1-1-1973 के चाद वसूल किया जाने वाला कुल भुगतान ( भुगतान की अनुमानित अवधि के साथ ) ।
2. उपर्युक्त सूचना विशेष कार्य अधिकारी ( यूगोस्लाविया ) विदेश व्यापार मंत्रालय, भारत मरकार , नई दिल्ली को अधिक में अधिक 10 अक्तूबर , 1972 तक पहुंच जानी चाहिए । यदि यूगो- स्लाविया के साथ रुपया व्यापार नया भुगतान समझौतों के अधीन पहने ही निश्चित संविदाओं से सम्बन्धित भुगतानों के सम्बन्ध में श्रीर 31-12-1972 के बाद देय भुगतानों के सम्बन्ध में किसी 'फर्म/संगठन द्वारा 10-10-1972 तक संगत ब्योरे इस मंत्रालय को उपलब्ध नहीं कराए जाते तो समझ लिया जाएगा कि ऐसा कोई मामला नही है ।
