ORDER
New Delhi , the 27th September 1972
S.O. 629 ( E ) / 15 / IDRA / 72 .-- Whereas the industrial undertaking known as the Arthur Butler and Company ( Mozufferpore ) Limited is engaged in the scheduled industry , namely , the transportation industry ;
And whereas it has come to the notice of the Central Government that the volume of production of the articles manufactured in the said industrial undertaking had been gradually going down and the production has now come to a standstill conse- quent upon the closure of the said industrial undertaking by the management ;
And whereas the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient to take urgent measures to remedy the situation arising out of the closure of the said in- dustrial undertaking and to ensure that production in the said scheduled industry does not Suffer to the detriment of the public interest;

Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints, for the purpose of making a full and complete investigation into the o cumstances of the case , a body of persons consisting of :

Members
2. Shri R. N. Choudhari , Industrial Adviser ( Engneering ) , Industries Depar ment , Government of Bihar , Patna .
3. Shri S. K. Chakravarty , Manager ( Tech . ) , Industrial Reconstruction Cor- poration of India , Calcutta.
2. The saidbody shall submit its report within six weeks of the date of this Order .

नई दिल्ली, 27 सितम्बर , 1972
फा० प्रा ० 629 ( प्र ) / 15/ पाई ० डी० प्रार ० ए० / 72.--यतः आर्थर बटलर एण्ड कम्पनो ( मुजफ्फरपुर ) लिमिटेड नाम से ज्ञात औद्योगिक उपक्रम, अनुसूचित उद्योग अर्थात् परिवहन उपोष मैं लगा हुआ है;
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार की जानकारी में यह आया है कि उक्त श्रौद्योगिक उपक्रम में विनिर्मित्त बस्तुओं के उत्पादन की मात्रा धीरे - धीरे कम होती जा रही है और प्रबन्ध मण्डल द्वारा उक्त श्रौद्योगिक उपक्रम को बन्द कर दिए जाने के परिणामस्वरूप उत्पादन अब शून्य हो गया है ;
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार की राय है कि उक्त श्रौद्योगिक उपक्रम के बन्द होने से उत्पन्न स्थिति को सुधारने के लिए और यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कि उक्त अनुसूचित उद्योग के उत्पादन में ऐसी कमी न हो जिससे लोक हित को हानि पहुंचे, अत्यावश्यक उपाय नारने समीचीन है ;
अतः अब , उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की घास 15 1 री अदश शॉक्सयों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार इम मानो की परिस्थितियों का पूरी तरह से अन्वेषण करने के प्रयोजन के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित कप का एक निकाय नियुक्त करती है :
1. श्री एस ० मजुमदार , श्रौद्योगिक सलाहकार , डी० जी ० टी० दिल्ली ।
