G.S.R. 219 ( E ) -The following Order made by the President on 24th March 1972 is published for general information:
The States Reorganisation ( Governors ' Allowances and Privileges ) Amendment Order, 1972
In pursuance of the powers conferred by section 73 of the States Reorganisation Act , 1956 ( 37 of 1956 ) , the President hereby makes the following Order further to amend the States Reorganisation ( Governors ' Allowances and Privileges ) Order , 1957, namely :-
1. This Order may be called the States Reorganisation ( Governors ' Allowances and Privileges ) Amendment Order , 1972 .
2. In the States Reorganisation ( Governors ' Allowances and Privileges ) Order , 1957-
(1) for sub-paragraph ( 2 ) of paragraph 8 , the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely :-
"(2) In addition to the allowances and privileges referred to in paragraph 7, there shall be charged on and vaid out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Mysore to the Governor of Mysore an amount of Rs . 23,080 / - during the year 1969-70 and an amount of Rs . 76.920/- during the year 1970-71 for furnishing the newly constructed first floor of the Raj Bhavan Bangalore ." ;
'ii ) in the Second Schedule , after proviso ( 3 ) , the following proviso shall be inserted , namely: -
"(4) Provided further that for the financial year 1971-72 this Schedule shall , in so far asit relates to the State of Kerala , have effect as if for the

figures " 30,000 " and " 1,67,000 " occurring in columns 8 and 9 thereof , the figures " 40 000 " and " 1,77,000 " had respectively been substituted "

सा० का ० नि ० 219 ( प्र ) -4 मार्च , 1972 कं । २। ष्ट्रपति द्वारा जारी किया गया निम्न- लिखित आदेश , सर्वमाधारण की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित किया जोता है
राज्य पुनर्गठन ( राज्यपालो के भत्ते और विशेषाधिकार ) मशोधन श्रादेश , 1972
राष्ट्रपति , राज्य पुनर्गठन अर्धाि यम, 1956 ( 1956 का 37) की धारा 73 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो के अनसरण मे, राज्य पुनर्गठन ( राज्यषालो के भत्ते और विशेषाधिकार) श्रवेश , 1957 मे और आगे सशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश एतद्वारा करने है , अर्थात्
1. इस आदेश का नाम राज्य पुनर्गठन ( राज्यपालो के भत्ते और विशेषाधिकार ) , सशोधन श्रादेश , 1972 होगा ।
2 राज्य पुनर्गठन ( राज्यपालो के भत्ते और विशेषाधिकार ) आदेश , 1957 मे
( i ) पैरा 8 के उप -पैरा ( 2 ) के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित उप- पैरा प्रतिस्थापित किया जा गा, अर्थात्
" ( 2 ) पैरा 7 मे निर्विष्ट भत्तो और विशेषाधिकारी के अतिरिक्त बगलौर के राजभवन की नई बनाई गई प्रथम मजिल को सुसज्जित करने के लिए 1969-70 वर्ष के दौरान 23,080/- २० की रकमे और 1970-71 वर्ष के दौरान 76,920/- २० की रकर्म मैसूर राज्य की समकित निधि पर भारित की जाएगी और उसमे मे मैसूर के राज्यपाल , को सदप्त की जाएगी '
( ii ) द्वितीय अनुसूची मे, परन्तुक ( 3 ) के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित अत स्थापित किया जागा अर्थात्
" ( 4) परन्तु और भी कि वित्तीय वर्ष 1971-72 के लिए इस अनुसूची का , जहा तक वह केरल राज्य से सबधित है, ऐसा प्रभाव ोगा मा । उसके THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY

स्तम्भ 8 और 9 में आने वाले '30 , 000 ' और ' 1,67,000' के अंकों के स्थान पर क्रमशः ' 40000 ' और ' 1,77,000' श्रक प्रतिस्थापित किए गए है" ।
