New Delhi, the 30th September 1972
G.S.R. 424(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (1) of clause' 14 of the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order 1947, as continued in force by sub-section (2) of section 16 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1956 (10 of 1956), the Vegetable Oil Products Controller for India hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the late .Ministry "of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food), No. G.S.R. 1169, dated the 2nd July 1963, namely:—
In the said notification, in the Schedule, for the entry in column 3 against the item "High-density polythene containers" In column 1, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:—
"(i) 2.0
(ii) 1.0"
