G.S.R. 426 ( E ) . In pursuance of clause ( q ) of section 3 of the Coking Coal Mines ( Nationalisation ) Act , 1972 ( 36 of 1972 ) , the Central Government hereby specifies the date mentioned in column 2 of the Table below as the specified date

मा ० का ० ति० 426 ( अ) -कोककारी कोयला खान ( राष्ट्रीयकारण ) अधिनियम , 1972 ( 1972 का 36) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (थ ) के अनुमग्ण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार , नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ 2 में उल्लिखित नारीख को, उस्त मारणी के म्नम्भ 1 में तत्स्यानी प्रविष्टियों में एसी तारीख के समक्ष विनिर्दिष्ट अधिनियम के उपबन्धो के प्रयोजन के लिए , विनिर्दिष्ट तारीख के रूप में एतद्वारा विनिर्दिष्ट करती है ।

ORDER
New Delhi , the 4th October 1972
G.S.R. 427 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of sec- tion 7 of the Coking Coal Mines ( Nationalisation ) Act , 1972 ( 36 of 1972 ) , and in supersession of the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel and Mines (Department of Mines ) No. G.S.R. 380 ( E ) , dated the 17th August , 1972 , the Central Government hereby directs that the right , title and interest of the owner of each of the coking coal mines specified against Serial Nos . 2 to 8 ( both inclusive ) of the First Schedule to the said Act shall. with effect from the 1st day of May , 1972 , vest in the National Coal Development Corporation Limited , Ranchi , a THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY

Government company incorporated under the Companies Act , 1956 ( 1 of 1956 ) , and having its registered office at Ranchi in the State of Bihar and that the right , title and interest of the owner in respect of the coking coal mine specified against Serial No. 1 ( viz. , Dhori ) shall . with effect from the 17th day of August . 1972 , vest in the said Corporation.

दिल्ली, 4 अक्तूबर , 1972
मा ० का ० नि ० 427 ( अ ) कोटकारी कोयला ( राष्ट्रीयकरण ) अधिनियम, 1972 ( 1972 का 36) की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के इस्पात और खान मंत्रालय ( खान विभाग ) के आदेश संख्या सा ० वा ० नि० 380 ( अ ) तारीख 17 अगस्त , 1972 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा निदेश देती है कि उक्त अधिनियम की प्रथम अनुसूची की क्रम संख्या 2 से 8 तक ( दोनो को सम्मिलित करके ) के समक्ष विनिर्दिष्ट कोककारी कोयला खानों में प्रत्येक खान के स्वामी का अधिकार , हक और हित 1 मई , 1972 से राष्ट्रीय कोयला विकास निगम लिमिटेड , रांची में जो कि कम्पनी अधिनियम' 1956 ( 1956 का 1 ) के अधीन निगमित सरका कम्पनी है और जिमका रजिस्ट्रीकृत कार्यालय बिहार राज्य में रांची में स्थित है, निहित हो जाएंगे और क्रम संख्या 1 ( अर्थात् धोरी ) के समक्ष विनिदिष्ट कोककारी कोयला खान के बारे में अधिकारी हक और हित , 17 अ स्त , 1972 से उक्त निगम में निहित हो जाएंगे ।
