S.O. 641 ( E ) /18A/IDRA/72.- Whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that Rampooria Cotton Mills Limited , Serampore , P.O. Rishra ( District Hooghly ) . an industrial undertaking in respect of which an investigation has been made under section 15 of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act. 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , is being managed in a manner highly detrimental to public interest ;
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of the said Act, the Central Government hereby authorises the following body of persons : --

(hereinafter referred to as the authorised body of persons ) to take over the ma- nagement of the whole of the said undertaking , namely , Rampooria Cotton Mills Limited , Serampore , subject to the following terms and conditions , namely: - ( i ) the authorised body of persons shall comply with all directions issued from time to time by the Central Government;
( 11 ) the authorised body of persons shall hold office for five years from the date of publication of this order in the Official Gazette ;
( iii ) the Central Government may terminate the appointment of the autho- rised body of persons earlier , if it considers it necessary to do so .
2. This Order shall have effect for a period of five years commencing from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .

का० प्रा० 641 ( श्र ) / 18 ए/ पाई ० डी० प्रार ० ए० / 72.--यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार की राय है कि रामपुरिया काटन मिल्स लिमिटड , सीरमपुर , डाकघर ग्श्रिा ( जिला हुगली ) , श्रौद्योगिक उपक्रम का जिसकी बाबत उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 15 के अधीन अन्वेषण किया जा चुका है , प्रबन्ध इम रिति में किया जा रहा है कि लोक हित में अति अहितकर है ;
अतः अब , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 18 क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों,

और श्रव्यस्थित उद्योग विभाग , कलकत्ता ।

वाणिज्यिक लेखापाल , श्रभ निदेशालय ,
पश्चिम बंगाल ।
के निकाय को ( जिसे इम में उसके पश्चात प्राधिकृत व्यक्तियों का निकाय कहा गया है ) उक्त उपक्रम अर्थात् रामपुरिया काटन मिल्स लिमिटेड , मीरमपुर का पूर्ण प्रबन्ध निम्नलिखित निबन्धनों और शर्तों के अधीन रहते हुए ग्रहण करने के लिए एनद्वारा प्राधिकृत करती है, अर्थात्:--
( i) प्राधिकृत व्यक्तियों का निकाय केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा समय -समय पर निकाले गए सभी निदेशों का पालन करेगा ;
( ii) प्राधिकृत व्यक्तियों का निकाय गजपत्र में इस आदेश के प्रकाशन की लारीख से 5 वर्ष के लिए पदासीन रहेगा ;
( iii ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, प्राधित व्यक्तियों के निकाय को नियुक्ति, यदि वह ऐसा करना आवश्यक समझे तो, पहले ही ममाप्त कर सकेगी ।
2. यह आदेश राजपव में प्रकाशन की तारीख से पांच वर्य की अवधि के लिए प्रभावी होगा ।
