G.S.R. 428(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 12A of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby specifies the Fertiliser (Control) Order, 1957 Issued under Section 3 of the said Act, to be a special order for purposes of summary trial under the said Section 12A.
