SUBJECT.—Import policy for Registered Exporters for April 1972—March, 1973.
(Amendment No. 25).
No. l46-ITC(PN)/72.—Attention is invited to import policy for Registered Exporters contained in the Import Trade Control Policy Book (VoL II) for the year April 1972—March 1973 issued under the Ministry of Foreign Trade Public Notice No. 47-ITC(PN)72 dated the 3rd April, 1972.
2, In paragraph 44 of Part B of Section I of the aforesaid Policy Book provi- sion has been made regarding supply of indigenous raw materials at international price. The items which are to be supplied at international price have been indi- cated with an asterisk mark against the relevant items in Col. 4 in Section II of the Policy Book. It has been decided that the following items may be removed

(i) Expanded Polystyrene Beads.
(ii) Folyster Resins,
(iii) Phenol,
(lv) Hexamine.
(v) Melamine.
(vl) Silicon Fluid and Special Silicon Lubricants.
The asterisk mark Indicated against the above items may be deemed to have been deleted.
3. It has also been decided to include the Item "Silicon Fluid and Srecia' Sil'- con Lubllcants" in the Annexure to Part C of Vol. II of the aforesaid Policy Book 4. The following new entry may be inserted on page 109 Section II of Vol. II of the Red Book for April 1972-March 1973.
