S.O. 668(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 13B of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), and in supersession of its notification No. 429/A&NI/71(1), dated the 2nd September, 1971, the Elec- tion Commission hereby designates, in consultation with the Government of the Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Shri K. Sethuraman, Addi- tional District Magistrate, Port Blair, as the Electoral Registration Officer for the Andaman and Nicobar Parliamentary Constituency.
