No. 151 - ITC ( PN) /72.-Attention of importers is invited to import policy as contained in the Import Trade Control Policy (Red Book - Vol . I ) for the period April 1972 - March 1973 .
2. The following amendments , shall be made at appropriate places in the Import Trade Control Policy (Red Book- Vol . I) for the period April 1972- March 1973 :-

संख्या: 151 - आई ० टी ० सी० ( बी ० एन ) / 72.--आयातकों का ध्यान अप्रैल , 1972--मार्च , 1973 वर्ष के लिए श्रायात व्यापार नियत्रण नीति ( रेड बुक वा० 1 ) मे यथा निर्दिष्ट आयात नीति की ओर आकृष्ट किया जाता है ।
2. अप्रैल , 1972 मार्च, 1973 अवधि के लिए आयात व्यापार नियंत्रण नीति ( रेड बुक वा ० 1 ) में निम्नलिखित मंशोधन उपयुक्त स्थानों पर किये जायेंगे : --

" ( 2 ) ऐनक-कब्जे बनाने वाले उद्योग के लिए 2 एमएम शैक व्याम सहित 1.8 एमएम ब्यास तक के स्टेप्ड ड्रिल्म के आयात के लिए प्रतिबन्धिता के आधार पर वास्तविक उपयोक्ता ।
(वास्तविक उपयोक्ताओं को इस मद के आयात की स्वीकृति लाइसेंस के अंकित मूल्य के 2.1 / 2 प्रतिशत तक अथवा 1250/-रुपये - इनमें जो भी कम हो तक के लिए दी जायेगी ) ।

" ( एफ ) माइक्रो मोटर्स मिनी-कार के निर्माण के लिए वास्तविक उपयोक्ताओं द्वारा इम मद के आयात के लिए दिये गये आवेदनपत्रों पर , तकनीकी विकास महानिदेशालय के माथ परामर्श करने के बाद विचार किया जायेगा ।"
46 खंड 2 , क्रम संख्या 138/4, कालम 4 निम्नलिखित नई टिप्पणी को शामिल किया गया समझा जाये:--!
" ( 2) तकनीकी जिलेटिन के आयात की स्वीकृति नहीं दी जायेगी । "

वर्तमान टिप्पणी ( 1 ) को निम्नलिखित टिप्प- णियों द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया गया समक्षा जाये :--

" ( 1) निम्नलिखित मदों के निर्माण के लिए वास्तविक उपयोक्ताओं की सेल्युलोस नाइट्रेट शीट्स की आवश्यकताओं को सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र अभिकरण के माध्यम से किये गये आयातों द्वारा पूरा किया जायेगा । कृपया इम पुस्तक का खंड 3 देखें :--
(ए ) कंधे.
(बी) ऐनक के उनकी हकदारी के 50 फेम प्रतिशत तक के लिए रिहाई (प्रतिबंधता आदेश जारी किये जायेंगे के आधार पर)
अन्य अन्तिम उपयोग के लिए मेल्यूलोस नाइट्रेट शीट्म के आयात की स्वीकृति नहीं दी जायेगी ।

( 2 ) केवल चूड़ियों के निर्माण के लिए 0.11 एमएम मोटाई की मेल्यूलोम नाइट्रेट फिल्म्स के आयात के लिए वास्तविक उपयोक्ता । "
( 2) वर्तमान टिप्पणी ( 2 ) तथा ( 3 ) को क्रमशः ( 3 ) और ( 4 ) के रूप में पुनः संख्याकित किया जाये ।
67 खंड 2 , क्रम संख्या 113 -जे/ 5 , कालम 4 .
( 1 ) वर्तमान टिप्पणी ( 1 ) को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया गया समझा जाये: -
"वास्तविक उपयोक्ताओं की पालिथिलीन मोल्डिंग पाउडर ( दोनो उच्च तथा निम्न धनत्व) की आवश्यकताओं को सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र अभिकरण के माध्यम से किये गये श्रायातों द्वारा प्रतिबन्धिता के आधार पर पूरा किया जायेगा । "
(वास्तविक उपयोक्ताओं को उनकी हकदारी के 25 प्रतिशत तक के लिए इस मद के लिए रिहाई आदेश जारी किये जायेंगे ) ।
