S R.O. 16-E.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Armed Forces (Emergency Duties) Act, 1947 (15 of 1947), the Central Government hereby declares every service connected with the supply of electri- city from the Harduaganj Power Station (Aligarh) in the State of Uttar Pradesh to be a service of vittal importance to the community.
