No. DRAW BACK/PN-78/72,—Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notification No. 52/F. No. 602/2/70 DBK published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No.DRAWBACK/PN-1 dated the 15th August, 1971 :—

For Sub-Serial No. 5702 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted :—

All brand rates fixed for individual manufacturer/exporter in respect of the above goods will stand withdrawn with the coming Into effect of this Public Notice.

No. DRAWBACK/PN-79/72.—In the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-76/72, dated 12th September, 1972 published in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) Part I, Section (1) dated 12th September 1972, for the words and figure^ 'Sub- clause (i), (ii), (iii) and (v)\ read 'Sub-clause (i), (li), (ili), (iv) and (v)'.
