IMPORT TRADE CONTROL

New Delhi, the 31st October 1972

SUBJECT:— Form of application. (FORM C) for import of raw materials, components and spare parts for units borne on the list of the DGTD—April 1972— March 1973

No 155-ITC(PN) /72 — Attention is invited to the import application form (FORM C) at pages 309—313 of the Import Trade Control Hand Book of Rules and Procedure 1972-73 containing the revised tabular form vide Column C4 of FORM C and wherein the units have been asked to submit three copies of the import application.
