NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 31st October 1972

G.S.R. 455(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1961 (23 of 1961), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Home Affairs, No. GSR-1526, dated the 8th October, 1971, namely:—

In the said notification, In the second paragraph, in Items (i) and (ii), for the word "Mahasu", wherever it occurs, the word "Simla" shall be substituted.
