ORDER
New Delhi,. the 31st October, 1972
S.O. 686 (E) .—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India In the late Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 3712, dated the 29th November, 1965, read with the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Foreign Trade No. S.O. 3764, dated the 17th November, 1970. the management of the Industrial undertaking known as India United Mills Limited, Bombay had been taken over by the Authorised Controller referred to in the Order first mentioned above for a period up to and inclusive of the 28th November, 1972;
And Whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it Is expedient In the public interest that the management of the said undertaking by the said Autho- rised Controller Should continue for a further period of two years;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (2) of section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulations Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the Order first mentioned above shall continue to have effect for a further period up to and inclusive of the 28th November, 1974.
