EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 1st November 1972
8.O. 687. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the Export ( Control ) Order , 1968 , namely:---
1. This Order may be called the Exports ( Control ) Sixteenth Amendment Order . 1972 .
2. In Part B of Schedule I to the said Order , for item 51 , the following shall be substituted :-
"Exposed cinematographic films ( feature and non - feature ) , except 8mm and 16 mm non - feature films not exceeding 120 metres in length. "
