S.O. 689(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 5 of the Sick Textile Undertakings (Tailing over of Management) Ordinance, 1972 (9 of 1972), the Central Government hereby appoints the National Textile Corpora- tion Limited, a Government company as the Custodian-General for exercising supervision and control over all the sick textile undertakings. the management of which has vested in the Central Government under the said Ordinance.
