ORDER
New Delhi, the 3rd November 1972
S.O. 696(E)/IDRA/72.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act,,. 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Indus- trial Development and Company Affairs (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 4460/18A/IDRA/67, dated the 14th December, 1967, namely:—
In the said order, for paragraph 2 the following paragraph shall be substituted, namely; —
"2. The Board of Management shall consist of the following persons, namely:-
Chairman
1. Commissioner of Tirhut Division (Bihar)
Members
2. District Magistrate, Samastipur (Bihar) 3. Assistant Cane Commissioner, Northern Bihar, Muzaffarpur (Bihar) 4. Chief Director (Sugar and Vanaspati), Directorate of Sugar and Vanaspati Department of Food, New Delhi.
Member-Secretary
5. Managing Director of Samastipur Central Sugar Company Limited, Samastipur (Bihar)".
